Marzena

Marzena is a Defenders of the Earth fan-fiction writer. She is the author of Defenders of the Earth: This Is Their Story, The Story Begins — Original Pilot, The Prince of Mongo, and other tales. Generally regarded as a pioneer, her works are widely celebrated and often credited as influential in other authors' notes. She was among the first fans to focus more on familial issues than on action in DoE tales, and helped create a more serious outlook on storytelling within fandom.

Marzena has written extensively about the Gordon family, specifically with regard to Dale's absence and how it affects her loved ones. She has also created some of the most well known characters in DoE fandom, including Amy O'Connor, April Gordon, and others.
