Sailor Moon Defenders is a work of fan fiction by AmandaDoE. A crossover featuring characters from Defenders of the Earth and the Japanese tale Sailor Moon, it is a direct follow-up to the final arc of DoE, which is re-envisioned as the true finale.

SMD reveals that the intelligent Queen Hadea has conquered the galaxy, but rules peacefully. One year later, the protagonists of DoE and Sailor Moon attempt to end Hadea's reign, reform her, and defend the world from subsequent invasions and related threats. Amid the events, characters such as the Gordons, Jedda, and others navigate relationships and several life-changing matters. Presenting one of multiple Earths, this tale is believed to take place on Earth S. The series has been praised for its scope and melding of the two units.
