Sailor Moon Defenders

Chapter Thirty-Nine: Eternal Power
"You can talk all you want!" Sailor Tin Nyanko shouted. "It's not going to do you any good!"
"That is not true." Usagi replied. "Allow us to help you. Open your eyes to the truth, Nyanko!"
"Listen to her." Mamoru added. "Otherwise, you will end up facing damnation!"
"Ha!" Sailor Tin Nyanko prepared to launch another attack. "It is you that is going to be facing damnation here! Go to hell!"
"Mamo! Watch out!" Usagi and Chibiusa shouted in unison.
Golden energy emerged from Mamoru's chest and blocked the attack and caused Tin Nyanko to fall to the ground. "That is not going to work this time. You must listen to us! Galaxia has deceived you as she had done to the other that have come here before you!"
"How did you come from close to death to determined to help this soldier here see the light?" Sheila asked.
"I feel the power within myself." Mamoru answered. "It was telling me to come here and help everyone. I have this feeling all of our Sailor Crystals will be needed for this battle."
"Why do you say that exactly?" April asked.
"I can feel it." Mamoru took a deep breath as his chest was glowing again. "I feel the power within me. The time has arrived for us to finish this!"
"I feel it too!" Usagi exclaimed with determination as her chest was glowing white. "Power is something that you cannot take. You have to create it, and when you create it, you're never alone. You want power! Take a look at true power!"
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
Minako watched as Usagi was glowing at first before she felt a dank feeling. She and the rest of the Sailor Guardians had changed from their sailor fukus to what appeared to be dresses. She was wearing an orange dress, Haruka was in dark blue, Makoto in green, Ami in light blue, Rei in red, Setsuna in black, Michiru in sea green, Hotaru in purple and Chibiusa in pink. Then she looked at the other Defenders as well as Kakyuu, Chibi Chibi and the Sailor Starlights.
"What's with everyone over there changing outfits?" April asked.
"They have changed into their princess forms." Kakyuu answered. "It's just as I have told you."
"Princess forms?" LJ looked at the Sailors in surprise.
"It looks as if Kakyuu wasn't kidding about us being princesses after all." Minako stated.
"Princess Mercury!"
"Princess Mars!"
"Princess Jupiter!"
"Princess Venus!"
Minako was surprised as a smaller version of herself along with smaller versions of the others floated to where her and the others were.
"We're princesses? Who are you?" Makoto asked.
Minako noticed the smaller versions of Sailors Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Saturn arriving as well.
"Princess Uranus!"
"Princess Neptune!"
"Princess Pluto!"
"Princess Saturn!"
"Hello to all of you," the small version of Sailor Saturn greeted the group, "Sailor Princesses of the solar system. We are all your Sailor Power Guardians!"
"We've been waiting for you." Guardian Pluto added.
"You're Sailor Guardians?!" the Sailor Guardians all exclaimed in surprise. "And we're Sailor Princesses?!"
"So Sailor Moon is not the only princess of this solar system just as Kakyuu pointed out." Mandrake stated. "This is getting interesting."
Suddenly, Luna, Artemis and Diana appeared again in their human forms.
"Small Lady!" Diana called to Chibiusa.
"Diana!" Chibiusa replied in surprise.
"Congratulations Sailor Guardians!" Guardian Saturn announced the Sailor Guardians as Chibiusa looked their way. "You just received new transformation powers."
"Now," Guardian Uranus instructed, "you must use the power of your planet castles."
Guardian Venus nodded as she spoke up, "We shall help you send power to Sailor Moon's holy grail!"
Chibiusa looked up to see a white holy grail glowing in bright white light. "It's the holy grail!"
"The symbol of our unity." Haruka stated in awe.
"The Holy Grail we were searching for all this time." Minako added. "This is it!"
"That's the one!" Makoto exclaimed.
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
Jedda stared at the Sailor Guardians in awe as they were preparing for their latest power up and hopefully, to help Rick as well. At the same time, she was curious to know what powers they were going to get and what their castles were exactly.
"My friends!" Usagi called out. "Send me your power!"
"O Mariner, Castle of my Planet Mercury!" Ami was the first to call out her castle.
"Phobos and Deimos, castle of Mars!" then Rei called out her powers.
"IO, Castle of Jupiter!" then called out Makoto.
"Magellan, Castle of Venus!" Minako called out for her castle.
"Miranda, Castle of my planet Uranus!" Haruka called out for her castle next.
"Triton, Castle of my planet Neptune!" then Michiru called out for her planet castle.
"Charon, Castle of my planet Pluto!" Setsuna called for her planet castle.
"Titan, Castle of my planet Saturn!" Hotaru called for her planet castle.
"Crystal palace of the 30th Century, Give us strength!" finally, Chibiusa called for power as well.
"Give us power!" the Sailor Guardians called out. "Bring all our powers! Power for Sailor Moon!"
Jedda could tell that Usagi could sense the power of her friends as she could sense the power coming to her as well. Go get em, Sailor Moon.
"O Celestial lights that have been our protection!" Usagi called out. "Sailor crystal power of our sun's planetary system! Send your strength to my Eternal Tiare! Silver Moon Eternal Power!"
Jedda followed Flash's glance as they noticed Rick was becoming deeply effected by the power the Sailor Guardians were providing, it appeared to be weakening the negative energy in him.
"I'm sure she will save my son now." Flash stated with a hopeful look on his face. "She's got to!"
"She might be able to bring some sense into Cathleen as well." Mandrake added.
Jedda was surprised to see the Sailor Guardians' chests glowing as well as Mamoru's chest. "No way!"
"Venus Crystal Power!"
"Jupiter Crystal Power!"
"Mars Crystal Power!"
"Mercury Crystal Power!"
"Uranus Crystal Power!"
"Neptune Crystal Power!"
"Pluto Crystal Power!"
"Saturn Crystal Power!"
"Me too!" Chibiusa took a brave step forward. "I should send my power as well! Pink Moon Crystal Power!"

Mamoru looked up with determination. "If the Golden Crystal is really inside me…"
He looked as a crystal emerged from his chest that looked similar to Usagi's Silver Crystal except it was gold in color. "That's the Golden Crystal!"
"Send my power to Eternal Sailor Moon!" Mamoru called out, releasing his crystal to Usagi.
He watched as the Sailor Guardians eached geared into brand new sailor fukus, which looked similar to Usagi's except none of them had wings.
"Gather all our powers here and send them to Sailor Moon!" the Sailor Guardians called out as they also released their crystals to Sailor Moon.
"Are you seeing this?!" Flash exclaimed in shock.
"Their sailor suits are now like Usagi's without the angel wings!" April stated.
"I can sense they are becoming Eternal Sailor Guardians." Jedda gave out a small smile.
"Eternal Sailor Guardians?" Mamoru muttered.
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
"Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!" Usagi unleashed her attack towards Sailor Tin Nyanko and Cathleen as well as bathing some healing power towards Rick.
Cathleen groaned as she was touched by the light. "Ugh! No! I will not be defeated by such power!"
"The same goes for me!" Sailor Tin Nyanko exclaimed as she and Cathleen ducked from the attack.
Usagi looked in shock as those two managed to resist her attack. She also noticed that Rick was feeling the full effects of the attack. She hoped they were still in time to reverse the mutations he had to endure.

Jedda looked in surprise as Rick was feeling great agony from the light that he was bathed in light.
"Rick, can you hear me?" Jedda asked. He looked at her and nodded in response.
"You think you can defeat me just like that?!" Cathleen exclaimed in annoyance. "You are truly absurd! I am Cathleen O' Connor and it's going to take more than mere magical light to defeat me!"
"Is that right, magic lady?" Sailor Tin Nyanko quipped.
"You stupid, useless fool!"
Everyone looked up as they saw two new faces at the scene. They were both blonde women. One was wearing red while the other was wearing green.
"Who the hell are you?!" Haruka demanded.
The two women only glared down at Sailor Tin Nyanko.
"In a mere moment, you will have everyone star seeds to bring to Lady Galaxia!" Sailor Tin Nyanko exclaimed before she flinched in agony for a moment and then she pleaded. "No, please! I beg of you! Take me instead!"
"Save it!" the girl in red replied. "As Lady Galaxia would tell you, scum cannot become heavenly bodies!"
She then lifted her staff which unleashed a massive amount of energy in the area. The attack vaporized Sailor Tin Nyanko on the spot. Chibi Chibi managed to use her staff to protect Flash, Rick, Jedda and Mandrake from the impact of the attack. Sheila managed to use a force field of her own to protect the others.
"Silence Wall!" Hotaru used her attack to help Sheila protect her friends.
"When the time comes," the girl in green announced, "Lady Galaxia will be coming for all of your Sailor Crystals and your star seeds. Be ready by then!"
Moments later, the two mysterious women vanished from sight.
"Come back here you cowards!" Haruka exclaimed angrily.
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
Mandrake glanced over in shock at the sight before him. "Oh no!"
"What's the matter, Mandrake?" Flash asked.
He looked to see Cathleen laying motionless in a pool of blood with blue flames surrounding her. "Cathleen!"
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!" Ami launched an attack. It put out the flames but Cathleen was still out for the count.
Mandrake hurried to her side. She was badly burned from the impact of the attack and blood appeared to have gushed from her back. He sighed sadly, noting that she must have been killed on impact of those mysterious women's attacks. Mandrake wished that things didn't have to end like this for Cathleen, even if she did turn on him and the rest of the team.
"There was nothing you could have done, Mandrake." Kakyuu assured him. "Sailor Phi and Sailor Chi are ruthless. They could have destroyed you as well."
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
"So Mamoru has his own Golden Crystal," the Phantom stated, "just like Sailor Moon has the Silver Crystal and Sailor Chibi Moon has her pink crystal."
"That's correct." Yaten nodded. "Every Sailor Guardian has their own Sailor Crystal, of their own color as well."
He looked on in surprise to see Usagi wearing a long white gown and Mamoru also dressed in white. The Sailor Guardians were also back in their princess forms.
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
"Rick needs the antidote!" Jedda brought Rick over to Kakyuu as he was starting to lose control again. "Hurry! He might stay this way forever if we don't act now!"
"Rick, hang in there!" Flash called frantically to his son. "Help is on the way!"
Flash looked on in worry. Was it already too late to save his son? He couldn't bare the thought of losing his son to this horrible mutation that took full effect on him but he had to wait and see to find out. He looked tense as Kakyuu gave out a small smile. "Of course but there is not much time. You must keep him still though."
He nodded and grabbed Rick by one of his arms. Lothar grabbed him by the other arm.
"Hurry, Majesty!" Lothar shouted. Kakyuu hurried to their side and injected the antidote into Rick's system. "There. It is done."
Flash looked on as he and Lothar released his son. Slowly, Rick was starting to turn back to normal. His feet turned back to their normal size. The claws turned back into human hands. The long black hair turned back into his short blonde hair and his ears turned back to normal. Finally, his height returned to normal as did his skin color. Flash smiled and gave out a sigh with relief, knowing even though his son wasn't human anymore, he was back to the way he was before the nightmare began.
"Rick." Jedda smiled with relief as well.
-Sailor-Moon-Defenders-
At first, everything seemed fuzzy to Rick as he had no idea what was going on. Then, his vision started to clear.
He first saw his father looking at him with relief and concern. "Son, are you all right?"
"Yes," Rick answered weakly. "I think so."
Then he saw Jedda, who appeared to be wiping some tears from her eyes. Then he saw the rest of his fellow Defenders starting to surround him as did Kakyuu and the Sailor Starlights.
"Welcome back," April told her brother.
Rick gave out a small smile before he noticed all the Sailor Guardians in dresses, even Mamoru was all dressed up. He was confused by this. "What is this, some kind of coronation?"
The Sailor Guardians started to approach him as well.
"Rick, are you okay?" Hotaru asked.
"I feel like I just woke up from a really bad dream." Rick clutched his head. He noticed his arm was bare and looked to find himself covered by his tattered clothes. "Except it wasn't a dream."
He looked down sadly. "I'm not human anymore, am I?"
"None of that matters," Flash said, holding his hand. "No matter if you are human, Quasanite, or whatever, you are still my son. The same son I helped your mother create."
"You will be just fine now," Usagi assured him.
Rick looked over at Jedda, who grasped his other hand gently.

Volume One
Using the power of the Necklace of Oros, Queen Hadea conquers the galaxy. The Defenders seek help from a group called the Sailor Guardians.
Rei notices the effects of battle on Usagi. Meanwhile, both teams make desperate efforts to end the clash. The Sailors approach Hadea's temple, and Flash's daughter returns to lend her aid.
Each side becomes more powerful.
Issues in Jedda's past and present lead to a monumental decision.
Princess Jedda begins embracing Hadea's cause. Ami and Rick continue to bond.
