Chapter Fifty: Epilogue
Usagi woke up. She found herself back in Mamoru's room. The room they, the Sailor Guardians shared.
"We're back." Minako stated. Usagi looked to see her friends were all wide awake. She heard a slight stir coming from her boyfriend.
"Mamo!" Usagi exclaimed happily as she saw Mamoru waking up, albeit weakly.
"Usako." Mamoru smiled weakly. "I knew you could do it. All of you."
"We really did it!" Usagi exclaimed happily, hugging her boyfriend. "Mamo came back to us!"

Amy looked on as she sighed with relief. She looked on as Usagi was comforting Mamoru and holding his hand as he was recovering from a terrific ordeal. She was grateful that she was able to help the Sailor Guardians and not only that, she was able to save Mamoru.
"Are you all right?" Mandrake asked. Startled, Amy turned around to see her father and Lothar standing side by side.
"Yeah." Amy nodded. "I think so."
"You did pretty good in displaying your powers." Mandrake complimented his daughter.
"You may have the same powers your mother did," Lothar added, "but I can tell that you are not like her."
"I hope so." Amy sighed with some sadness in her tone.
"Lothar is right." Mandrake assured her. "Your mother mostly used her powers only for her own gain, including manipulating people in their dreams."
"Including what happened to this Rick guy?" Amy asked. She couldn't help but to wonder what exactly did her mother do to Rick? Who is Rick? Was Ming the one responsible for killing her mother? If not, who was the person or people responsible for her mother's death?
"Yes," Mandrake answered. "Cathleen slowly but surely manipulated Rick in his dreams and things got much worse once we learned about his powers."
"We'll tell you anything you need to know about your mother," Lothar said.
"And if there's anything you need to know about Rick," Flash added, "I can tell you more about him as well."
"Is he dead?" Amy asked.
"No! No." Flash quickly answered. "He relocated to another place with his girlfriend."
"Which would be my daughter Jedda." the Phantom spoke up. "I can tell you more about her as well as she has now become Queen of the Netherworld."
"Does that mean Rick is…" Amy started to ask.
"No." Flash answered again. "Not yet. He has to marry Jedda for that to happen."
"In the meantime," the Phantom added, "Rick is Jedda's consort. We will explain more about this in the future."
"As a matter of fact," Flash said, "you will probably meet them in the near future."
"Would you like to do that?" Mandrake asked.
"Yes. That would be nice." Amy nodded.
"Amy?" Usagi called. She turned to see her close by.
"Usagi."
"Thanks for saving Mamo." Usagi smiled. "I always believed that you could do it."
Amy sighed with a small smile. She was glad things were going to be okay. Mamoru was going to be just fine now. She only hoped that her powers could be something that she could control and hoped she wouldn't use her powers for evil like her mother did.

Michiru glanced over at Haruka and Setsuna. Then she looked at Usagi and Mamoru, who were surrounded by the Inner Guardians. Then she looked over at Amy before looking back at her fellow guardians.
"She did it," Michiru said.
"Yes." Haruka nodded in agreement. "Amy was able to save our prince from the Nightmare Master. He's going to be all right now."
"That's right," Setsuna nodded as well. "At least for the time being. We still have threats that we have to deal with."
"Ming is still alive," Michiru said. "As well as this Galaxia threat we will have to deal with in the future, however long that future might be. Not to mention, Zorelda."
"You're right about that." Haruka told her lover as they both held hands. "That woman in Mamoru's dream wearing the gold gladiator like armor. That appears to be the Galaxia that we might be facing in the future."
"I'm afraid so." Michiru nodded. "What about Amy?"
"She proved herself well today." Setsuna answered. "Amy O' Connor has proven not only to be pretty strong as the daughter of both Mandrake the Magician and Cathleen O' Connor but a valuable member of the Defender of the Earth."
"Still." Haruka glanced over at Amy as the other Outers did. "We will need to keep an eye out on her. She can easily be manipulated for her powers by any evil forces, including Ming or Galaxia."
"You have a good point." Michiru nodded in agreement.

Rick sighed. He looked around as he glanced at his robe that he was wearing. This was something that he could get used to.
A quiet knock came at the door.
"Come in." Rick called.
The door opened and it was Jedda, wearing her golden gown and crown on her head and smiling at him. "Hi Rick."
"Hey," he replied as he observed her attire. "Nice outfit."
"Thanks," she smiled. "How are you doing?"
"I'm doing okay."
"You sure?"
Rick nodded.
"The Sailor Guardians and the Defenders were dealing with a terrible nightmare demon of some sorts." Jedda revealed. "It held Mamoru captive, wanting the Golden Crystal that he held. However, Mandrake's daughter was able to help the Sailor Guardians save him."
"Mandrake has a daughter?" Rick asked.
"That's what Father told me," Jedda answered. "He updated me a few minutes ago about the outcome of what happened."
There was a pause of silence. He was trying to say something but he wasn't sure what to say at first.
"There's something on your mind." Jedda spoke up before she asked. "What's wrong?"
"Ever since I visited your mother," Rick answered, "I had a lot of thinking to do."
"About what?"
"About the future," Rick explained. "The future for the Netherworld to be exact. I feel like there is a lot I can do here. I can be helpful to these people of the Netherworld."
Jedda looked confused. "Where is this conversation going?"
Rick gently held his girlfriend's hands. "I want to do what it takes to make the Netherworld a better place for Netherworlders to live in. I know you are doing a good job so far as Queen of the Netherworld but I want to help do my part in my own way."
Jedda looked at him in awe. She was surprised that he had this determination and wondered how long this would last.
"I am wanting to have a future with you as well." Rick cupped her face. "I believe you know this is the right way to go, especially for our kids."
"That's right." Jedda nodded in agreement. "Will it last though?"
"I know it will last," Rick assured her before they shared an affectionate kiss.
Author's Note: This was tougher than I hoped when it came to bringing Amy into this series. I will need to map things out with the future Volumes of this series. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good way to introduce Amy O' Connor, who seems to be one of the true new heroines of the series unlike her mother Cathleen.

Using the power of the Necklace of Oros, Queen Hadea conquers the galaxy. The Defenders seek help from a group called the Sailor Guardians.
Rei notices the effects of battle on Usagi. Meanwhile, both teams make desperate efforts to end the clash. The Sailors approach Hadea's temple, and Flash's daughter returns to lend her aid.
Each side becomes more powerful.
Issues in Jedda's past and present lead to a monumental decision.
Princess Jedda begins embracing Hadea's cause. Ami and Rick continue to bond.
Members of the Sailor Outer Senshi join the battle. Princess Jedda is faced with a decision as a ruler. Later, she explores a startling possibility.
Now divided, the teams fend attacks off while struggling to reach Hadea.
As Rick and the princess finally reunite, a climactic showdown with Hadea begins.
The Guardians and Defenders continue their clash against the queen.
In the aftermath, revelations emerge and choices are made.

The younger team members begin adjusting to the changes. Others strive to fit back into normal society.
As his companions reflect, Mandrake begins to sense a mystical disturbance.
Mandrake is reacquainted with a major figure in his life.

The group scrambles to counter Ming, who is aided by Krotan.

Rick's dreams signal a great change in his life. Mysterious figures begin moving behind the scenes.
Rei and Rick sense more darkness on the horizon.

Rick considers the effects of his transformation.
The team has a confrontation with a group knows as the Three Lights.
Rick's abilities make him a target.
As Rick continues healing, the Sailors assess the situation with the Starlights.

The team searches for Rick, along with information on their new opponents.

As the struggle against Galaxia continues, Hadea and Jedda discuss the Netherworld's future. Meanwhile, Usagi's power grows.

Rick frets over his mutation while others seek to reverse it.
The Sailors and their allies face a new threat in Tin Nyanko.
Nyanko becomes the latest to seek Rick's power.
As Rick's humanity begins slipping away, his friends continue their quest to cure him.
Rick runs amok, and a massive battle against Nyanko begins.
The Sailors make a stunning discovery.
Jedda and Rick take a huge step forward.

A girl arrives to meet Mandrake.
The group begins getting to know the newcomer.

Rick learns more about his power, and how it might relate to the current events. Hadea attempts to console him later.
The group endeavors to rescue Mamoru from a mystical prison.
Usagi and her friends confront Mamoru's captor.
The battle in the dream realm reaches a conclusion.
The aftermath of the dream clash brings several people closer.
Volume Six
Rick senses that the Netherworld could face an imminent attack.
The groups begin learning more about the Kings.
Hadea and her companions take preemptive measures against Zorelda.
Hadea and Phantom explore their bond, as do several others throughout the day. First appearance of Tori Gordon.
Rick and Jedda work to resolve recent issues. Minako explores life in the Netherworld.
Ming reenters the fray as the Kings converse with Zorelda.
The groups decide that it's time for the confrontation.
The Guardians and Defenders engage the Kings in the Netherworld.
The Kings begin to realize the truth.
With Zorelda seemingly thwarted, the groups begin moving on. A woman named Rachel arrives at Monitor.
Everyone begins learning more about Rachel.
